Kozmoz Design & Display provides creative and innovative solutions every day to enhance brand visibility in retail outlets.

Since 2004, Kozmoz Design & Display, based in Mechelen, has specialized in designing and producing point-of-sale (POS) materials: displays made from metal, aluminum, wood, plastic, and more.

Some examples? A store setup for Red Bull, a display for Duvel Moortgat, or color sample furniture for Intergamma and Akzo Nobel.

Our international client portfolio consists of top-tier brand manufacturers and major retailers who want to market their products in a high-quality and cost-efficient manner. For this, they turn to Kozmoz, a strong player in the market that handles the design, development, and production of displays, both locally and abroad.

In January 2023, Kozmoz joined POP Solutions to benefit from the scale of the group, with the ambition of expanding into Western Europe. Thanks to POP Solutions, Kozmoz’s efforts were recognized for the second year in a row with an EcoVadis Silver medal, placing the company in the top 15% of all companies evaluated in the Advertising & Market Research sector.

To support our growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated PROJECT MANAGER to help develop our innovative projects.

What can you expect?
As a Project Manager at Kozmoz, you will be at the core of the product lifecycle, from concept to delivery. You will work closely with our design, production, and sales teams to develop POS displays that attract customers in stores and boost sales.

More specifically:

• You will be involved in all phases of a display’s lifecycle: from assessing feasibility to following up and coordinating development and production.
• You will provide accurate assessments of manufacturability, delivery time, and costs, or suggest alternative constructions.
• Together with the design department, you will design and optimize constructions, and liaise and negotiate with suppliers.
• You will communicate regularly and transparently with all stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered within the set deadlines, budgets, and specifications.
• You will travel about twice a year to the Far East to carry out production and quality control.

Your profile:

• You have technical insight, material knowledge, and a passion for creating and visualizing creative solutions.
• You either have a degree in product development or relevant experience in this field (interior design, technical drafting, etc.).
• You have experience with 3D programs (e.g., SolidWorks).
• You have a solid command of English.
